We Want to Help YOU!
We provide support work volunteers who can assist choir members and we have connections & relationships with many professionals including occupational therapists, speech therapists, medical staff, arts therapists, who we seek guidance & advice from regularly.
All workshop facilitators & musical directors are Garda vetted and deemed suitable to work with children, young people and vulnerable adults.
Family members, friends, siblings, staff members and carers are encouraged to stay for the rehearsals and participate in the choir.
Our choirs are a social opportunity for people to meet each other and to connect with friends from lots of other services and places. We have welcomed singers from organisations such as St. Michael’s House, National Council for the Blind, Enable Ireland, Living Well with Dementia, Irish Autism Action, WALK, St. John of God’s, Child Vision, Alzheimer’s Society, National League of the Blind, to name a few.
Approximately 70% of our singers have a disability or mental health condition. Singers with and without disabilities learn and work from each other.
